J-fashion Sweden's Privacy Policy
J-fashion Sweden values your personal data and handles it in accordance with the GDPR. To discuss the processing of your personal data, please contact the board at swedish.jfashion@gmail.com. If you have a protected identity, please contact the board in connection with your membership application, as we must then register the processing in a logbook.
Your rights as a member
You can always contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) if you suspect that something is wrong with the handling of your data.

You can withdraw your consent - if you do not want the association to have access to your information, you can contact the board and withdraw your consent. Note that this means that your membership in the association will be terminated.
You have the right to have your data changed at any time by contacting the board.
You have the right to request that your data be deleted at any time by contacting the board. Note that this means that your membership in the association will be terminated.
You have the right to request that your data not be used for certain things.
Purpose limitation
J-fashion Sweden will collect only necessary information to administrate your membership. For registration to association events that require data collection, this will be done separately.
Your data will not be used in any automated systems.
Data minimization
J-Fashion Sweden needs to collect a name and a contact method to process your membership. If additional data is needed, the board will contact you via the provided contact method.
Accuracy
As a member of J-fashion Sweden, you are required to provide correct information. If any of your information changes during the period that the association holds your data, please contact the board to correct it.
If correct information is not provided to the board after being requested of you, the board has the right to exclude you until the information is corrected.
Storage limitation
J-fashion Sweden will hold your personal data for the duration of your membership. At the end of each year, the board will contact the active members to see if the membership should be carried over to the next year.
If you leave the association during the year, all information about you will be deleted.
Integrity and confidentiality
J-fashion Sweden strives to handle your information with the utmost care. If you suspect that someone unauthorized has accessed your information, please contact the board or IMY immediately.
